New: Hot Melt packaging Services (HPS)

JPB Industry has recently launched a new service designed to exclusively accompany manufacturers for peak demand production needs.

Defined as ‘toll manufacturing’ or alternatively contractual production, the function of this new service HPS is to:

• Produce hotmelt adhesives PSA – under contract – in the event:
• of a temporary production capacity restriction in your location
• to optimize a product series « long run »
• of a temporary surplus of orders to be produced
• Manage industrial pre-series or batch qualification PSA (several tons)
• Supply your site with hot melt coating (protector) in the form of pillows

Our HPS line is made of:

• A 1000 L. reactor, insulated & oil heated
• A feeding pump
• A screen filter (hydraulic screen changer)
• A spur gear pump
• A complete co-extrusion line with its cooling process
• An automatic filling (casing) line (directly in your shippers)
• A full PLC integration of these equipment

Quality control checks are monitored by “Ring & Ball” and viscometer testing.
