Standard Features

JPB Industry machines are provided with the following list of standard features:

• Spur-gear pump (metering pump)
• Melting device for the coating (pillow protector)
• Co-Extrusion head (nozzle, pinching, driving)
• Cooling system & water flow management
• Blower system and a filling unit (boxes-shippers)
• Electrical cabinet with its Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Last but not least, a powerful PLC provides full control of the entire line via a large graphical touch-screen interface. Assembly and tests are achieved in the JPB Industry facilities, prior to shipment while installation, commissioning and training are implemented at your site, by a JPB Industry’ team. A user manual and pack of spare parts are also provided, free of charges.

JPB Industry warranty is valid from one (1) year commencing upon installation date.
